Since 2002, Kat Robinson has been offering yoga classes, (both mat and aerial), as well as private yoga therapy, to address individual needs through our parent company, Active Kat Yoga, LLC .
Kat realized the area was missing true holistic wellness and began training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and graduated in 2018, when she opened her health and wellness practice, Energy Rejuvenation Center.
