Group Yoga Classes

Our group yoga classes are all based on health and wellnes. Each group class addresses a different dosha, or physiology type. Encorporating the 5 element theory, from restorative, grounding earth classes to fiery metabolic classes.

Aerial Yoga

Our aerial yoga classes are done using the YogaBody Trapeze. Using traditional mat yoga poses but implementing the sling to get a deeper stretch, feel supported, and increase strength. It is also a great way to do poses that may not be accessible otherwise, such as headstand.

 Thai Yoga Therapy

Yoga Bodywork stimulates pressure points to open the body's energy pathways and allows the body to heal. It's a more active type of yoga practice allowing different yoga poses to be done with a trained partner which allows for a deeper stretch. This technique differs from a traditional yoga practice as it is almost like having yoga done to you. 

Crystal Light Bed

A treatment session with the Crystal Light Bed is relaxing and comfortable. One lies on a massage table with seven clear quartz crystals suspended above the body emitting specific light frequencies. Binaural beats create Gamma brain waves. Gamma brain waves are a type of brain activity that is associated with higher levels of consciousness and alertness. A cover is placed over the eyes, and physical comfort is assured.

Reiki

Reiki is a complementary health approach in which practitioners place their hands lightly on or just above a person, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the person's own healing response. It's based on an Eastern belief in an energy that supports the body's innate or natural healing abilities.

Copper Foot Bath

Known for generations for it's healing properties, ionized copper was used in ancient egypt as a way to purify water. Simply soaking feet in the bowl encourages a healthier immune system and assists with joint pain and tension relief.

Marma Point Reflexology

Marma point reflexology is the practice of stimulating and activating hidden energy points located in the feet and ankles. 

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where one is “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.

Infrared Sauna with Chromotherapy

Facilitate relaxation, pain relief, weight loss, detoxification & more with our infrared sauna. Chromotherapy produces different color lights within an infrared sauna to create positive change within your body as a meditative aid. Oxygen ionizers purify the air through a process that leaves the air you breathe inside the sauna fresher and clean. Ionizers can remove allergens such as pet dander, pollen, and dust. The clean air resulting from the ionizer will create an atmosphere to calm as well as the sauna itself. Finally, some airborne bacteria strains can be removed with an ionizer. This giving the user a safer, cleaner environment in which to breathe.
